By engaging the services of Creative Nogwaza, the client agrees to the terms below. These ensure fairness, efficiency, and professionalism in all our interactions.

 

  1. Full Payment Policy

Full payment is required upfront before any work begins.
We no longer accept deposits due to consistent payment delays that disrupt our timelines and affect service to other clients.

 

  1. Client Feedback & Google Reviews

  • All new clients and clients who have never submitted a Google review must do so before final handover.
  • This helps us build credibility and improve our services.

  1. Approval Timeframe

Clients are required to approve designs or samples within 48 to 72 hours.
Delays in approval will incur additional fees as they impact our project schedule and ability to serve others.

 

  1. No Refund Policy

There are no refunds once a project has started (this includes any form of research, content writing, design, or development).

 

  1. Complimentary Content Writing

We offer free content writing for:

  • Company profiles
  • Website pages
    This applies only to clients who have made full payment for the service.

 

  1. Edit Sessions

Each project includes:

  • One free edit session for either graphic design or web design
  • Additional sessions are available at an extra cost

 

  1. File Storage & Retrieval

  • We pay for secure cloud storage to keep client files.
  • File resending will incur a retrieval/storage fee.
  • Clients are encouraged to download and back up their final files after handover.

 

  1. Inactivity & Project Closure

If we do not receive client feedback for more than 7 consecutive days, the project will be marked as closed.
Reactivating a closed project will incur a 20% reactivation fee based on the original project cost.

 

  1. Late Re-engagement

If clients return after the 7-day window without prior notice or request for more time, a 20% re-engagement fee will be required to resume the project.

 

  1. Working Hours & Communication

  • Our official hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am – 4pm (SAST).
  • Messages sent after hours or over weekends will be responded to on the next business day.

 

  1. Ownership of Work

Creative Nogwaza retains ownership of all work until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of all approved deliverables is transferred to the client.

 

  1. Website Maintenance & Diagnostic Fee

If a client returns for assistance after website delivery — such as:

  • Adding new content
  • Updating plugins/themes
  • Checking or fixing site speed, crashes, or errors

 

A Website Diagnostic Fee of 10% of the original web design cost applies.

For Premium Websites:

If updates require paid plugins or licenses, the diagnostic fee will be credited toward the update cost, and the client will only pay the difference.
