Clients are required to approve designs or samples within 48 to 72 hours.
Delays in approval will incur additional fees as they impact our project schedule and ability to serve others.

If we do not receive client feedback for more than 7 consecutive days, the project will be marked as closed.
Reactivating a closed project will incur a 20% reactivation fee based on the original project cost.
If clients return after the 7-day window without prior notice or request for more time, a 20% re-engagement fee will be required to resume the project.
Creative Nogwaza retains ownership of all work until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of all approved deliverables is transferred to the client.
